Here is a summary of the services I offer for children up to age five.
Each Baby’s sleep problems are different so therefore each baby’s sleep solution must be individual as well. I also believe that a good nights rest should not be considered a luxury item, so I offer services that are affordable to a wide range of families.
Email Consultation and Sleep Plan with UNLIMITED support for 30 days: $ 145.00
This consult will consist of discussions which can be had both over the phone or through an exchange of emails. I will gather information from you regarding your family’s schedules and routines through an initial questionnaire, which will then help me to focus in on your specific concerns and areas of need. I will design your sleep plan and send it to you within about 2-3 days and at that point you will be free to contact me with any questions/concerns. This Plan includes UNLIMITED support for you and your family for up to 30 days to discuss your progression and the implementation of the plan and make any changes or tweaks that may be necessary. While I can’t guarantee miracles, I can guarantee that you will have a clear understanding of the path and process that will lead your household to more restful nights and happier days.
Two Week Follow-Up: $50.00
-Travel, illness and age are just a few of the life experiences that can result in short sleep regressions from time to time. If you find yourself questioning what to do after your summer vaction where no one slept a wink, I will be here and happy to help get everyone back on track over a two week consutation period.
Parents-to-Be: $ 200.00
-I will come to your home and help you design the ideal sleep space for your family prior to baby’s arrival. This will help to guarantee no baby sleep problems in the future. (Consultations are discounted if this service was utilized prior to baby’s arrival)
Group Workshops/Seminars: Inquire for Pricing
-I provide informational sessions to groups of parents, parents-to-be, and caretakers for groups of ten people or more.
