Jessica Gleason is a baby sleep consultant dedicated to helping your baby nap during the day and sleep through the night. This is achieved by helping your baby develop a calm and healthy relationship with sleep, while creating a peaceful and most importantly, rested home for you and your family.
I am a mother of two and a baby sleep professional who has been working with children for nearly ten years. First as a counselor in a residential program for children with behavioral difficulties, followed by four years spent assisting a newborn specialist in a large metropolitan health care facility. In each of these roles I was faced with parents consistently asking the questions, “why is my baby up all night” and “how do you get a toddler to stay in their bed?” Since then, finding researched and proven answers to these types of questions has become the basis of my career and my passion. Over the past decade, I have come to understand that becoming a parent is a life change like no other, and navigating your new baby’s sleep needs must become a top priority. A rested baby is a happy baby and a rested family means a happy home.
Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
